Please DO NOT bring any food or drink items as we have done in the past. In order to save everyone time, trouble, and we think also money, instead of you bringing items, the officers are going to bring a complete meal ready to eat for everyone. This will include barbecue with sides, drinks, and dessert. We are asking that participants pay $10 per plate (This is not the full cost of the food, NCFG will pay the difference). Payment from you will be through your RSVP.

It is very important that we get a number of plates to our caterer by September 3rd as they have to order the supplies to cook.

So, PLEASE RSVP BY SEPTEMBER 3rd, 2025. We cannot guarantee enough food for you after that date.

The drive to SHELTER #6 is located directly across from the large waterslide. We have a large grassy area to weather birds and are away from any traffic or other shelters.
