NCFG World Falconry Day
Hi NCFG members, once again this year, we are invited to join Allison Woods Outdoor Learning Center in Iredell County to celebrate World Falconry Day.
The event will run from 10am-2pm on Saturday November 15, 2025. This will be a mini festival atmosphere with their education birds and our falconry birds on display and we will casually talk to visitors about our sport at a large weathering area. We will ask a member or two to do a creance demonstration flight as they talk to a crowd about the training and hunting process. (volunteers accepted). This is a good chance to represent our sport at a facility that brings outdoor nature education to mostly underserved school groups in northern Iredell County and beyond.
So bring your bird, bath pan, and a desire to talk about the sport that you love.
